Ashlee Waak
Controller
Ashlee oversees all aspects of Allied’s finance and accounting functions. She brings over 14 years of experience in finance and accounting, including expertise in tax and financial planning services.
- Before joining Allied in 2024, Ashlee was the Controller at Ara Partners, managing fund accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for a diverse investment portfolio.
- She also has extensive experience in corporate and passthrough tax review and preparation, software implementation, and fund administration services.
Education
Ashlee holds a dual Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
Personal
In her downtime, Ashlee enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She loves reading, crocheting, and playing with her kids and their corgis in the backyard.
