Caroline Sinclair
Caroline oversees administrative oversight and special project management at Allied. She brings over 5 years of experience in cross-functional coordination, corporate communications, event planning, and project management.
- Prior to joining Allied in 2024, Caroline served as a strategic consultant to leadership teams in several Houston-based offices, focusing on research analysis, strategy development, restructuring implementation, and adaptive problem-solving.
- Previously, Caroline served as an executive assistant for a diverse portfolio of executives across multiple industries. Caroline has also previously held roles in marketing and addiction counseling for Positive Recovery Centers.
Caroline received an AA in Behavioral Sciences and her LCDC-I credentials in 2020. She is currently pursuing a double major in Business and Psychology at the University of Houston.
Caroline volunteers at local addiction treatment centers and supports organizations like The Council on Recovery and Archway Academy. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, creating art, and reviewing literature.
