Philip Wright
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Philip Wright is responsible for Allied’s strategic direction and firm oversight, and is actively involved in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring Allied’s investments. He brings more than 15 years of executive leadership, private equity and business-building experience, having successfully grown and operated a nationwide industrial services business.
- Prior to co-founding Allied in 2019, Philip was a partner in a private equity—backed industrial services company, where he held a variety of financial and operational roles, including CFO. During his tenure, revenue increased 10x from under $20 million to over $350 million.
- Former investment banker with Citi where he worked in strategic advisory and capital markets.
- Former corporate attorney with Bracewell LLP and began his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP.
Education
Philip earned a J.D. and MPA from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. from Washington & Lee University.
Personal
Philip enjoys golf, coaching his children’s sports, and spending time with his wife and three children. He is actively involved with several veteran-centered and other service organizations.
