Zaid Elouad
Senior Associate - Operations
Zaid Elouad is responsible for driving enterprise growth and streamlining operations across Allied’s investments. He has over 6 years of experience advising on value creation efforts within finance optimization, operational improvement, and commercial strategy.
- Prior to joining Allied in 2024, Zaid served as a Director at Beckway, an operations consulting firm, where he focused on supporting management teams of private equity-backed companies on performance enhancement initiatives.
- Prior to Beckway, Zaid served as an Associate on the Portfolio Operations team at Z Capital Group (ZCG), a generalist middle-market private equity firm. Zaid began his career in investment banking at Marlin & Associates.
Education
Zaid holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Mississippi.

Raised in Dallas, Zaid enjoys traveling to new countries with friends and family, exploring different dining scenes, and spending time outdoors exercising or attempting to golf.
